Employee Camps

At GS, each employee is considered to be a valuable resource irrespective of his/her cadre. GS ensures that each employee is provided with sufficient accommodation and facilities.

Accommodation is arranged based on the following criteria.

  • Managers, Senior engineers : Single accommodation
  • Engineers : Two in one shared accommodation
  • Supervisors : Three in one shared accommodation
  • Workmen : Four in one shared accommodation

Camp, Manpower and Vehicle Coordinators together take care of the needs of the employees on and off work times. A log book is maintained in each camp to note any employee grievances, to be followed up by Manpower Coordinator.

The camps are fully equipped with all necessary services i.e., Catering, air conditioning, lighting, ventilation, communication, toilet and washing facilities. The camps are maintained in a very healthy and hygienic way. GS is open to any Inspection visit to the Camp facilities. Adequate recreation facilities are made available to make the employees feel at home.

Central Kitchen

GS is self-sufficient with its own team of Cooks and Catering service to cater the needs of all its employees. MAB Camp - III serves completely as -Central Kitchen- for all the Camps as well as Offices.
