Workshop Facility

GS has four established Workshops in Shuaiba Industrial Area, covering the area of 44,000 Square Meters.

Workshop 1(Pressure Vessel Fabrication)

GS currently operates vessel fabrication facilities at Shuaiba industrial area. The details of the shop are as listed below:

  • Location : Shuaiba East, Kuwait
  • Shelter Size & Area : 66 Mtr x 35 Mtr = 2310 Sqm.
  • Open Storage Paved Area : 60 Mtr x 27 Mtr = 1620 Sqm.
  • Vessel fabrication Capacity : Dia - 3.5 Mtr x Length - 15 Mtr x Maximum - 30mm Thick.

Workshop 3(Steel Support Fabrication)

GS also operates a fabrication facility at Shuaiba industrial area for structural steel and support fabrication. The details of the shop are as below:

  • Location : Shuaiba East, Kuwait
  • Shelter Size & Area : 100 Mtr x 65 Mtr = 6500 Sqm.
  • Capacity : 150Ton / Month

Workshop 2(Piping Fabrication)

GS currently operates piping fabrication facilities at Shuaiba industrial area. The details of the shop are as listed below

  • Location : Shuaiba East, Kuwait
  • Shelter Size & Area : 85 Mtr x 46 Mtr = 3910 Sqm.
  • Open Storage Paved Area : 95 Mtr x 27 Mtr = 2565 Sqm.
  • Capacity : 900-1500 Dia Inch/per Day * (* The capacity depends on spool size, thickness and MOC)

Workshop 4(Spool Fabrication Shop)

GS currently operates piping fabrication facilities at Shuaiba industrial area. The details of the shop are as listed below

  • Location : Shuaiba East, Kuwait
  • Shelter Size & Area : 45 Mtr x 20 Mtr = 900 Sqm.
  • Open Storage Paved Area : 95 Mtr x 27 Mtr = 2565 Sqm.
  • Capacity : 600-800 Dia Inch/per Day * (* The capacity depends on spool size, thickness and MOC)
